SIGNATURE GOLF GROUP SELECTED TO MANAGE BELVEDERE COUNTRY CLUB

November 28, 2007, Surfside Beach, S.C. —Steve Taylor, President of Signature Golf Group, announced today that Signature was named as the management company for Belvedere Plantation Country Club.  The facility was recently purchased with the majority owners being brothers John and Randy Long.  “We are excited to add Belvedere to our portfolio of managed facilities” said Steve Taylor.

Belvedere Country Club is an 18-hole facility just outside of Topsail Beach, N.C.  It was designed by Russell Breeden and opened for play in 1972. The course has a unique blend of holes with 6 par threes, 6 par four’s and 6 par fives.  Signature has installed an new point of sale system and is overseeing a reopening of the Caddyshack Grill located on the second level of the clubhouse. A large deck overlooking the putting green and driving range was completed earlier.

The golf course has bentgrass greens and is a favorite of both locals and people visitng the Topsail Beach areas of North Carolina. “We intend to build upon Belvederes position in the local market place by creating a golf experience that golfers will enjoy every time they visit the facility. That is why we chose Signature Golf Group to mange the course” state owner Randy Long.
